The Brew

in American

The BREW was born as an outlet for our locally roasted, single sourced coffee “Villa Myriam”. We focus on the social connotation of coffee, following tradition of friends and families who gather to enjoy our grandfather’s coffee. The BREW by Villa Myriam, is a space designed to share coffee, tradition, experience, friendships and family. As kids, we grew up running around the coffee fields, learning about the beans from our grandfather, and trying to point out those that were “perfect.”

The Cheesecake Factory story begins in Detroit, Michigan in the 1940’s. Evelyn Overton found a recipe in the local newspaper that would inspire her “Original” Cheesecake. Church Street Cafe

in American

Casa de Ruiz, which literally translates to "the house of Ruiz", has a long and distinctive history. Unfortunately much of this history has been lost with the passage of time and that which remains is at best uncertain. The house was built during the founding of Albuquerque sometime after 1706. This would make Casa de Ruiz the oldest residence in Albuquerque and one of the oldest structures in the state of New Mexico.
